National Auto Accident Advocates ("NAAA," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide through our platform.

  • Uploaded documents including police reports, photos, and medical records
  • Messages sent through our contact or intake forms

Automatically Collected

  • IP address, browser type, pages visited
  • Session data captured by TrustedForm for TCPA consent certification

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To conduct intake review and organize your documentation
  • To contact you regarding your case — consistent with your consent
  • To connect you with qualified independent legal professionals, with your consent
  • To comply with TCPA and applicable law

3. TCPA Consent

By submitting information, you provide express written consent for NAAA and affiliated partners to contact you by phone (including autodialer), email, or text. This consent is not required as a condition of services. You may opt out by calling (817) 873-3271 or emailing privacy@naaa.com.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from National Auto Accident Advocates, the following terms apply:

  • No mobile information sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. By opting in, you may receive recurring messages related to your case intake, status updates, and appointment reminders — typically up to 4–8 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received.
  • Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share your other information with affiliated legal professionals (with your consent), service providers, and legal authorities when required by law.

6. Security

All uploaded documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.
