1. Who We Are

National Auto Accident Advocates is a motor vehicle accident intake service. NAAA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We conduct structured intake, organize case information, and facilitate connections between accident victims and independent, licensed personal injury attorneys. Any attorney-client relationship is formed solely between you and the attorney you choose to retain.

  • Program description: Recurring conversational and informational messages regarding your intake and case status.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies; you may receive up to approximately 4–8 messages per month based on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact (817) 873-3271.
  • No mobile information sharing: Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting information, you provide express written consent for NAAA and affiliated independent legal professionals to contact you by phone (including automated technology), email, or text message at the contact information you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may revoke consent at any time as described above and in our Privacy Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

NAAA does not guarantee that you will be connected with an attorney, that an attorney will accept your case, or any particular legal result or recovery. Decisions to evaluate, accept, or pursue a case rest solely with the independent attorneys in our network.

6. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this website or in any communication from NAAA constitutes legal advice. Information provided is for general informational purposes only. You should consult a licensed attorney for advice regarding your specific situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, or from any interaction with an independent attorney to whom you are referred.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
