Exclusivity

Programs Are Tailored to Your Firm.

Pick the geography and exclusivity that match your operation. Mix and match by state, region, or campaign.

National

Shared volume across all 50 states. Best for high-volume firms with multi-state intake.

Regional

Multi-state or Census region exclusivity. Mid-volume firms with focused geography.

State-Exclusive

You own the state — no other firm gets a file from that jurisdiction. Limited slots.

Campaign-Tailored

Built around your specific docket criteria — case type, severity, coverage, jurisdiction.

Live Availability

State Slots — Updated Weekly.

Exclusivity is finite. Once a state is sold, it's locked until the contract renews. Hover for status.

Questions Attorneys Ask

FAQ for Law Firms.

Are you a law firm or a referral service?
Neither. NAAA is an intake and compliance platform. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not share legal fees. Firms pay a flat retainer for litigation-ready files — no contingency, no fee-split, no ABS structure.
How is this legal? Aren't you running a lawyer referral service?
We sell files, not referrals. The consumer signs a retainer of their own free will after intake, and we deliver the resulting file to your firm at a flat per-file price set in advance. No fee-sharing occurs. Programs are reviewed against state advertising and lead-generation rules before launch.
What if a file doesn't meet criteria?
Every program has a documented replacement policy. Files that fail your stated qualifiers (e.g., wrong jurisdiction, undisclosed prior injury, insurance gap) are replaced or credited within the program agreement.
How fast do I see files after signing?
First files typically deliver within 7–14 days of program activation, depending on geography and qualifier set. Steady-state volume per the program agreement begins by week 3.
How are conflicts handled?
State-exclusive programs are conflict-free by definition. National and regional programs run conflict checks against your firm's docket at intake — if a conflict surfaces, the file routes to a non-conflicted partner firm.
What does the TCPA documentation look like?
Each file ships with: TrustedForm cert (URL + timestamp), submission IP and user-agent, form snapshot, recorded consent call audio, and a chain-of-custody log spanning every contact from intake to handoff. Defensible in court.
Can I see a sample file?
Yes — request a program below and a sample (redacted) file is included in the response packet.
